Terms of service

Plans and payment

Final pricing, billing currency, available features and duration are shown before payment. Comparison currencies may differ from supported billing currencies. The active period begins after verified payment. There is no automatic renewal. Planned features are not promised as available services.

Xendit processes payments. Server verification activates the plan; a browser redirect or transfer screenshot alone does not. Payments labelled as tests do not charge money or purchase a real service. Contact support before paying again if the status is unclear.

Your content and guest data

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it for your invitation. Obtain the necessary permission for photos, music and guest information. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, threatening or infringing content. Included music is for invitation use, not resale as separate music files.

Check names, event details and gift accounts before publishing. Draft edits change the public version only after a successful update. Public links can be forwarded. Protect guest information and use it for your event. Access closes at expiry; photos and guest responses are deleted under the privacy policy.

Issues and resolution

Network or provider problems may interrupt the service. We investigate reported issues and provide recovery or refunds where appropriate under the refund policy. Misused accounts or content may be suspended to protect guests and the service. These terms do not remove applicable consumer rights. Contact support first to seek a clear resolution.
